Registration

• Court Host Captain
  Responsible for ensuring the courts are staffed and Staff are trained in their duties and know what is expected.
• Court Host/Score Runner
  Watch the courts to ensure players who are playing should be there. Answer questions from players, and look for matches that may require an official due to issues on the court.
  Bring the completed match score sheet to the score table. Then, take the next match score sheets to the appropriate court referee.
  
  Interact with players and spectators.
  
  Maintain courts, measure and ensured the net height is correct, and clean up areas as needed.
  
  Help set up for the tournament and tear down during the first and last shifts of the day.

• Medal Podium
  Coordinate with the score table to get medals, ensure the correct people have medals, take photos of Recipients, and take Tournament and Player Photographs.
  Solicit and offer draw tickets.
  Interact with players and spectators.

• Player Care Captain
  Responsible for ensuring the Players Lounge and Snack Table are staffed and Staff are trained in their duties and know what is expected.
• Player Snack Table
  Monitoring & Stocking Players Snack Table. Answering Player Queries. Solicit and Offer Draw Tickets.
  Interact with players and spectators.
  
  Help set up for the tournament and tear down during the first and last shifts of the day.

• Registration & Medal
  Responsible for ensuring the Registration Table and Podium is Staffed and Staff are trained in their duties and know what is expected.
• Registration Desk
  Register players into the event and hand out any necessary items as needed.
  Solicit and Offer Draw Tickets while at the Table & while Roving in the Tournament Area.
  Interact with players and spectators.
  Set up/tear down the registration table during the first or last shift of the day.
• Score Table
  Enter scores as they come in, distribute new matches to players, and issue medals to the podium manager.
  Set up/tear down the score table when on the first or last shift of the day.
• Score Table Captain
  Responsible for ensuring the Score Table is Staffed and Staff are trained in their duties and know what is expected.
